At Koala Babycare, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
